Exchange & Return Policy

APPAREL

Apparel can be exchanged for a different color or size or for a full refund within 30 days after delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags and packaging. The customer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned apparel does not fall within the previously listed criteria and will ask the customer to pay to have it returned to them.

PRODUCTS

Unused products can be returned for refund within 30 days as of receipt. The customer is responsible for paying all associated shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned products were used or altered and will ask the customer to pay to have it returned to them.

Defective products can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. We will cover all associated shipping costs.

PERSONALIZED & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Any personalized and/or drop-ship items (made to order) can only be returned if defective, they cannot be returned or exchanged for another size or if the personalization provided was misspelled in error by the customer.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS

All discontinued products that are labelled as "WHILE QUANTITIES LAST" are considered final sale and returns will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT!

It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect and report any defects, shortages, returns or exchanges to our customer service within 30 days after delivery. All claims reported after the 30th day will not be honored, NO exceptions.

Please contact us at [email protected] beforehand to ensure your request falls within the 30 days and note that the arrival time back to our distribution center is not counted against the time frame. Please ensure to provide the order number, product number (sku), quantity and the reason for the return/exchange.

Shipping charges for the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Shipping charges for orders that are deemed "undeliverable" by the shipping carrier are non-refundable. Please ensure correct "ship-to" address is entered at checkout, as we do not modify shipping addresses in any way prior to them leaving our distribution center.
